Meet Our Staff

Sharon Mason
Owner, Hair Replacement Specialist for 30 years
2006 Special Acheivement Award for Customer Service and Sales, Image Consultant

Sharon's passion for helping clients find the best solutions for hair replacement led to establish New Horizons in 1998 her business has steadily grown as she has invested in state of the art technologies to help both men and women find solutions for all types of hair loss. Her professionalism coupled with her standard of ethics have enabled her to find compassionate and a highly competent staff to provide the quality of service that they have become known for at New Horizons.

Karen Meyer
Hair Replacement Specialist for 37 years, Image Consulant

Karen has been a member of the team at New Horizons for 14 years. She brings with her a unique compassion for this business as her personal experience with hair loss began when she was only 19. As a specialist in Women's Hair Replacement for 24 years, Karen is a true asset to New Horizons and their vision of providing custom hair enhancements for both men and women.  She has been featured in the Atlanta Journal Constitution discussing women's hair loss, she has been on the Atlanta Noonday Show, she has been on a panel of women on a major TV show discussing women's hair loss and she has been on a TV show for seniors discussing the issue of women with hair loss.

Jerena Grimm
Office Adminisitrator

Jerena joined New Horizons almost one year ago. As part of our administrative staff, she is the first point of contact for our clientele and is responsible for the front office by organizing and coordinating the daily office operations and procedures. She brings with her 20 years of office administration and ensures organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

Brenda Braswell
Hair Repair Specialis, Lab Technician

Brenda is our newest member of the team at New Horizons. She is currently apprenticing to become a cosmetologist, specializing in hair replacement. Brenda has also been trained to add and repair hair to existing hair systems.

Linda Poole
Hair Stylist and Colorist since 1982, Image Consultant

Linda joined the team at New Horizons in December 2008. Her prior training as a cosmetologist/colorist since 1982 is why she was chosen as the lead technician for the servicing and coloring of all hair systems. Linda's eye for detail along with her dedication and care for the clients, makes her an integral part of the team at New Horizons.
